Like Mother Like Son

The debate has been settled. We now know why Jack is such a beautiful baby. He looks just like his mommy did when she was a baby.

Busted

I was playing my music too loud and partying too hard the other night and got the police called on me. Fortunately, Uncle Chad's the po po, so I got hugs and kisses instead of a citation.

Hiphopopatamus

My name is Jackopatamus, I'm a hiphopopatamus, I raise the roof and bust funky rhymes like a rhymenocerous.

Hello Everybody

It's me, Jack. I've been having a great time getting to know each and every one of you. Thanks for taking such an interest in me. This last week has been quite a rollercoaster. As you can tell, I'm already exhausted. But, I think I'm getting the hang of everything. Here are some more pictures of me that mommy took yesterday.

One Week Old

Here's our little man at one week old. There's been lots of requests for pictures, so, Tasha posted a bunch on Shutterfly, which can be accessed at:

All and all it's been a pretty smooth first week. Fortunately, Jack is a really good baby. Tasha's mommy instincts have kicked in, and she's been doing an awesome job.

Thank you to everyone who has helped us and supported us throughout this past week.

Ladies and Gentleman, We Present to You Mr. John "Jack" Donald Riddell

Well, the biggest day of our lives finally arrived. Today Tasha and I welcomed our son into the world at 7:30 a.m. He's healthy and beautiful, and we are incredibly grateful to have him. The tail of the tape measures 5 lbs, 10 oz. and 19.75 inches long. Enjoy the first glimpse of our precious little boy. More pictures and details about this wonderful adventure will follow (once everyone gets some rest).
